  The 1888 line was horrible, called over a weeks time , was on hold a minimum 1 hour, typically, 2+. It was a run around trying to get answers. I kept being given different phone numbers to call, I have now collected 6 numbers to TD.
  
  I was ready for the same thing after spending 3+ hours being sent from one person to the next, I was frustrated and angry, when I finally spoke to a woman named Barbara in the Edmonton DT branch.
  
  She got me answer's about the claim, contacted the other insurance company, talked to me like I was a human not a number, and she LISTENED!
  If it was not for her, I don't know what I would have done, the 3 star rating would be a 5 if it was only for her customer service. She brought it up to a 3 if I hadn't dealt with her, it would have been a 0 star. Or negative if it were possible.

  After a full year - TD Insurance fails to repair or payout a written off amount to a victim that was hit by their client . Police charged TD Insurance Driver & unbiased witnesses on scene made this accident undisputed who fault it was . So why take advantage of the victim TD Insurance ? ? . Profit & greed
