    The woman in control at this location is the worst managing I have ever seen. There was no professionalism at all. I will never go back to h and r block because of her. She should be fired after the way I have seen her talk to the employees.

    These people have no clue what they are doing! Went in for my taxes, Waited two days to get a refund and in the end they tried to make me wait longer so I asked for my t4s back (and she refused to give them back for a good hour) and went to the hr block on 97 got a return instantly.
