    Call was answered in a timely matter. I was quoted that it would be around $60 to fix. The guy shows up to my house looks at the problem and tells me it was going to cost $100 + $15 service fee. He then said "I want to spray the lubricant first to see if it fixes it" so I said ok.I understood it as he'd attempt the lubricant first and if that didn't work then it would cost me $115. And then he unscrewed the plate and screwed it back in. Total bill was $120. Total time for fix 5 minutes.

    I contacted the manager immediately but was advised by his repair man that he was on a phone call and that he'd contact me back in an hour or that if I wanted I could call back in an hour. I received no phone.I attempted to contact the manager a second time and he said "well we fixed the problem and you agreed to price". I don't expect it to be free. But to not even consider a costumers frustration is ridiculous.

    Be careful in dealing business with this company. When they show up to do the work make sure that you read the repair mans mind to fully understand what he means .
